These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and stay at Urban Bliss Hotel, as well as your use of our website. In these Terms, "Urban Bliss Hotel", "the Hotel", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Urban Bliss Hotel in Kabwe, Zambia. "Guest", "you" and "your" refer to the person making a booking and any person staying at or using the Hotel's facilities under that booking.
By making a reservation, staying at the Hotel, using any of our facilities, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Reservations may be made through our website booking form, by telephone on +260 97 404 1414, or by email to bookings@urbanblisshotel.com. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (by email or message).
1.2 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that all information provided — including names, dates, contact details and the number of guests — is accurate and complete.
1.3 You are responsible for the conduct of all guests included in your booking and for ensuring they are aware of and comply with these Terms and the Hotel's house rules.
1.4 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking where we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate, where payment cannot be verified, or where accepting the booking would breach these Terms or applicable law.
2.1 All rates are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated. Where indicated, rates include applicable taxes and levies; any taxes, levies or service charges not included will be shown before you confirm your booking.
2.2 To confirm a reservation, we may require a deposit of 50% of the total booking value. The balance is due on or before check-in.
2.3 We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, mobile money (Airtel Money and MTN MoMo), bank transfer, and cash. Card and mobile-money payments may be subject to the relevant provider's processing terms.
2.4 Rates are subject to change, but the rate confirmed in writing at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your stay. Promotional and special rates may carry their own conditions, which will be stated at the time of booking.
3.1 Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please confirm these times against your booking confirmation.
3.2 Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
3.3 A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests. We reserve the right to refuse admission where satisfactory identification cannot be provided.
4.1 To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us in writing as early as possible at bookings@urbanblisshotel.com or by telephone.
4.2 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge of one night's accommodation.
4.3 In the event of a no-show, the deposit paid will be retained and the Hotel reserves the right to release the room.
4.4 Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
4.5 Non-refundable and certain promotional rates are not eligible for refunds; this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5.1 Group bookings, weddings, banquets and conference reservations are subject to a separate written agreement and may require a larger deposit, a signed rooming list, and stricter cancellation terms than individual bookings.
5.2 Final delegate or guest numbers, catering requirements and room layouts must be confirmed by the date stated in your event agreement. Charges may be based on the confirmed numbers even if actual attendance is lower.

6.1 Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and the property. We may refuse service to, or require the departure of, any guest whose conduct is unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or seriously disruptive, without refund.
6.2 Guests must comply with reasonable instructions from Hotel staff, including those relating to health, safety and security.
6.3 Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7.1 Guest rooms are non-smoking unless otherwise designated. Smoking in a non-smoking room or area may result in a cleaning charge of ZMW 1,500.
8.1 Children are welcome at Urban Bliss Hotel. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including around the swimming pool and other facilities.
8.2 Each room has a maximum occupancy. Additional guests beyond the booked occupancy may not be permitted, or may incur an extra-bed or extra-person charge, subject to room type and availability.
9.1 Pets are not permitted at the Hotel, with the exception of recognised service animals. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance.
10.1 Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to Hotel property, fixtures, furnishings or equipment by them or by any member of their party, and agree to reimburse the Hotel for the cost of repair or replacement.
10.2 We recommend that valuables are stored securely. The Hotel does not accept liability for the loss of, or damage to, money, jewellery, electronics or other valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas, except to the extent required by law.
10.3 Items left behind after check-out will be held for a reasonable period and may be returned at the guest's cost; unclaimed items may be disposed of thereafter.
11.1 The Hotel takes reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Zambia.
12.1 The Hotel is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, power or water outages, strikes, government action, public health emergencies, or disruption to transport or utilities. Where such an event prevents your stay, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or to provide a fair resolution.
13.1 Personal information you provide is used to process and manage your booking, to communicate with you, and to provide our services. We handle your information in accordance with applicable Zambian data-protection law. See our Privacy Policy.
14.1 We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete. Room availability, rates and offers are confirmed at the point of booking.
14.2 The content of this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Urban Bliss Hotel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
15.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you make your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
