In Kabwe or Zambia few others come close In the middle of chaos lies an oasis of peace and tranquility; where the tenets of genuine hospitality have not yet been eroded by the greed of today’s capitalists sharks. For the first time in a very long time I was saddened to leave an establishment that in a few days had won my heart and then some by the level of service I received from the guard, the front desk, the restaurant, the kitchen, the housekeeping staff and the marketing manager. They well and truly represented the Urban Bliss Kabwe. So if you are ever in Kabwe and need a place to put down for the night or two or three or more the Urban Bliss is your true definition of home away from home. You surely won’t regret it. Special mention to Nakweti, Hobina, Humphrey, and Qopone, from the front desk, Mercy and Choolwe from the Spa, Bertha from the restaurant and the Marketing Manager Harriet. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Modern quality hotel Booked last minute. Glad I found on Google. Price is reasonable, rooms clean, nice gym, staff very nice, modern chic design. Great place for nice dinner. Only complaint is rooms don't have phones, no elevator and not near other places in town.

Best Hotel in Kabwe I have been staying at this hotel regularly though work since September. Clean, safe, welcoming and well equiped. The staff here are some of the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming people that I have met anywhere in the world. It is these hard working and conscientious people that make Urban Bliss so special. If you are looking for a western style hotel with African hospitality - this is the place to be 😎

Zambian family get together The hotel was total Bliss. There is a swimming pool and gym as completely free for residents. Nice peaceful lifestyle and you could choose in the morning either continental breakfast or English. No alcohol or cigarettes allowed.

Perfect lay by... Deciding to break up the copperbelt to lusaka drive by spending a night here was the best idea! Neat, thoughtfully furnished rooms at an affordable price with access to a fully equipped gym included. Great restaurants with friendly and helpful staff, will certainly make it part of my copperbelt to lusaka route.

Wow wow Nice Place It's so so refreshing that Kabwe now has a perfect place to rest between Lusaka. The hotel has an excellent team and facilities. Very nice swimming pool restaurant and food. The honeymoon suite is the best I have ever seen
